We are a young digital marketing agency with a team of over 15 people located at the intersections of Mile-End, Villeray, and Petite Italie.

A typical day at the agency
Specifically, here’s what your main responsibilities would look like:
- Design media buying ad campaigns on Google Ads and Bing;
- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve the best return on investment;
- Build innovative strategies with current clients at Rablab;
- Participate in internal meetings to define the best approaches for the advertising environment of our various clients;
- Contribute to the improvement and innovation of the department by sharing new trends, successes, and relevant learnings;
- Generate and analyze a monthly report to propose innovative strategies to improve client results;
- Participate in meetings and/or calls with clients;
- Apply best business practices in Google Ads and all things related to search;
- Actively manage client meetings and/or calls.
The skills we’re looking for:
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience in digital marketing, specifically SEM;
- Bilingual (as this person will work on several English-speaking accounts);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (it’s old school but very practical);
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Initiative and autonomy: you will need to prioritize tasks based on the allocated time;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Problem-solving oriented;
- Open to and receptive to constructive criticism.

All team members are French-speaking, but we regularly work with English-speaking clients. Therefore, you should have:
- Excellent written and spoken French;
- Good written and spoken English.
